If we allow Management PRofile to Physical interface but not to Subinterfaces will be able to access the Firewall?

Management profiles can be attached to interfaces with an IP address (-->layer 3 interfaces). Access is then possible (if you allow it also in your secueity policy) to that IP where the profile is attached.
