      <description>&lt;P&gt;Security policies are evaluated top to down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First one that matches will take precedence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So one rule can match at a time.
