i have 3220 FW's in HA, i can see that config is syncronizing acuratly but it shows the status as down.

please assist.

Yes,HA2 and heartbeat backup both shows red at GUI.

running configuration status shows syncronized also.

check the physical connection ha2?

also do u have management acl configured?

make sure ha2 ip is permitted under management interface ip of both PA?
