Radius protocol CHAP does not Work

We have RADIUS profile for users accessing the PA.

Seems when we use CHAP as protocol it does not work.

When i Use Auto in Protocol Radius Auth does work.

Need to know what can be the reason for CHAP protocol not working?

When in Auto the firewall will fail back to PAP if it's unable to communicate via CHAP. Since your firewall will work in Auto but not CHAP I would assume that your RADIUS server is only configured for PAP.

Yes i check the Radius it allows PAP only.
