topic IKEv2 Mobility and Multi-homing Protocol (RFC4555) Support in General Topics

Did a quick search on this but couldn't find anything on this topic.

Do any of the PAN firewalls support IKEv2 Mobility and Multi-homing Protocol (MOBIKE), specifcally RFC4555? I noticed that Cisco ASR5500 platform has support for this, so I'm curious if the PANs support this RFC. If not, are there any plans to do so?

To answer the one can be answered:

MOBIKE is not supported with PAN-OS as an endpoint.

Whether it will ever be supported is not something you'll get an answer to here. Anyone that knows about future plans within the roadmap wouldn't post it to a public(ish) forum. You can contact your reseller/integrator/sales team who can either put in a feature request, or vote on it if there is one already submitted for MOBIKE.
