    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We want to remove the configuration from the failure firewall before shipping faulty device back to PA. Since firewall isn’t booting&amp;nbsp; up, we’d not be able to do “Factory Reset” to wipe out old config.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need to delete old configs. Can someone please assist&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From cli, run the following command:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;request system private-data-reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Erases all the logs and IP configuration and settings. except management IP address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/90544"&gt;@nsrini1991&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would need to remove the drives if assessable&amp;nbsp;and remove the files manually via whatever you mount the drives in. Sadly if the device is fully non-functional and isn't large enough to allow removable drives this isn't something that can be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
