I have very similar error msg and can not find any solution in PA documentation.

it is happening on PAN os 8.0.0 on PA 200

I was trying to overide the management interface allowed ip list pushed from the panoirama.

revert config does not work

just fyi,

my issue whas pointed to management server trouble and it had to be restated.

debug software restart process management-server

I had to reboot firewall but after that all start working fine and no more issues.

I know mostly restarting management server or PA will most like fix the issue.

As you're still using 8.0.0 I think this is simply a bug ... maybe you will find something in the release notes of 8.0.1 till 8.0.17 😛

If you wan't to know for sure you should open a support case, but the answer from there could be also that you should update first to a recommended release
