      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/106395"&gt;@pkathiria&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This error shows when no GlobalProtect Client is activated on the firewall, meaning the firewall doesn't have it in its filesystem to serve as a download for users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Navigate to Device -&amp;gt; GlobalProtect Client and verify you have at least one version that is both downloaded and activated. For your reference, the current recommended GlobalProtect Agent version is 4.1.10 / 5.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luke.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
