      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;below we have setup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://snag.gy/3kRV8C.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://snag.gy/3kRV8C.jpg&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where switches and routers are running ospf.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PA has static route to the VRRP IP of the switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Need to know is this good design to have the VRRP backup router connected to the PA active switch?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Also yesterday when we reboot the router 1 during that time we lost the internet connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So from the diagram and my experience here are my replies:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. I would swap the master and backup VRRP roles. This can be done with priorities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Sounds like a routing issue in the switches/routers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
