Hi Experts,

I have installed Global Protect VPN client. When I'm trying to connect VPN it is throwing an error "Server Certificate is invalid".

When I connect mobile internet or internet dongle to my machine I can connect VPN. But when I connect through LAN it is giving the error. Can anyone please help me to overcome this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Prasuna

Hi BPry,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, that might be a reason for the issue. Could you please help me, where to find the internal and external host name details? if those are not matching then how to change?

When I go to the Global Protect settings > Host Profile > Certificate there is no information available. Is that the reason for the error? I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Prasuna
