Getting "500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" while doing preview config/commit using GUI in panorama .

Any suggestions .

@deepak12: Try to restart the management server process and webserver via CLI

debug software restart process management-server
debug software restart process websrvr

If that does not help, perform a backup (to be sure) and restart the Panorama appliance

Which PAN-OS version do you use? Did this happen before?

Sure , will try .

I am facing issue first time .. though commit using cli works..

currently using 8.x.x version
