Do you know if the severities are are defined for each incident or we'd have to manually identify and assign a particular severity level for each incident?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
