GlobalProtect Mobile Security Manager - How do I install it?

Hi all,

We currently have GlobalProtect setup with HIP policies to check for configurations on laptops and computers, which works perfectly. Now we're looking to support GlobalProtect for our mobile devices by using more HIP policies to restrict mobiles to iPhones, and a few other checks.

However, I've recently noticed that anything related to Mobile Devices in HIP Objects "requires integration with GlobalProtect Mobile Security Manager". This is something I'm not familiar with. The only useful information I could find is that it's Open-Source Software (OSS, not to be confused with on-site spare), but aside from that I don't know how to download and configure it.

Has anyone had any experience setting this up and where to download this from? Support have not been helpful in my case.

Hi @ChickenTenderer ,

As far as I know the GlobalProtect Mobile Security Manager is 'end of life'.

I believe you can use AirWatch MDM to act as a replacement.
