    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try to restart the management service, other than that its call support from what I can tell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Via a ssh CLI enter the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;debug software restart management-server&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will drop your ssh sessions since that is part of the management server, however the data will continue to flow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could also be a bug in teh code yo uare running. Check the release notes of newer releases to see if there is a fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Source user column not populating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Source user column is empty under the monitor tab - traffic logs. We have checked all the settings from our end and couldn't see anything wrong with that.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It was working before, no changes been made. Noticed it stopped working recently.&lt;BR /&gt;No proxy server in use.&lt;BR /&gt;Traffic is not NAT'ed before it traverses the firewall.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do we need to restart any process?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
