Hello,

Check the logs to make sure no traffic is getting blocked for this. Also check to see if your PAN is decrypting the traffic. Might need a special policy to allow the application and/or bypass decryption.

Regards,

Hello,

I am trying to use Forticlient to connect to a remote network outside our coporate network.

The connection is successfully established, it seems that the traffic is sent but no traffic gets received from the Forticlient.

Anything needs to be done on the PaloAlto to enable traffic reception?

Best regards

Hello,

I don't see any traffic being blocked in the logs... which I find weird.

The PAN is not configured to decrypt traffic so it's not related.

Thanks

Are you logging traffic hitting the "Implicit Deny All Interzone" rule at the bottom of your ruleset?

Yes and I don't see anything related to my problem in that log, whether I filter by source IP or Destination IP.
