Hi Team, I have an issue in production for SMTP traffic, when i do packet capture in Firewall for drop state, could see packet are getting dropped in syn packet

Hello,

Make sure you have all logging enabled and then check the unified logs. If you are relying on the default inter and intra zone policies, modify them to enable logging, it is not enabled by default.
