We are looking to upgrade our current Palo Alto firewalls and only renewed our Global Protect licence a month ago. I assume that I can transfer the licence across to the new firewalls or recieve a refund for the 11 months left to use against the new firewalls? Could you confirm the situation please.

@adrianflux,

Reach out to your account manager to discuse options about refunding the un-used months or putting credit to your purchase for the time you won't be using the licenses. Technically speaking they don't have to give you any credit or refund, as the device that you licensed will still be functional for the duration of the license term.
