      <description>&lt;P&gt;My guess is because it is a reserved address range.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 0.0.0.0/8 network is reserved by IANA as per &lt;A href="https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5735#page-6" rel="nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;RCF 5735&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
