    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;BR /&gt;i have a problem. i have configured vpn ikev2 ipsec. When test vpn with CLI command( test vpn ipsec tunnel [name]) vpn gets up. But when other side try to connect, vpn do not get up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also when i check system logs this logs appears:&lt;BR /&gt;'IKE phase-1 negotiation is failed. Couldn\'t find configuration for IKE phase-1 request for peer IP x.x.x.x[500].'&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Look at your configuration and verify that the Local Identification and Peer Identification are actually setup correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Other side&amp;nbsp; uses IP sec tool. Problem is occured with configurations. for test we change ikev2 to ikev1.And everything is ok. But I don't understand that what is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both sides have to match exactly. So if using ikev2 both side have to use it. Also make sure both sides are set explicitly to use the same protocol, if one is set to say prefer ikev2 but down grade to ikev1 this could cause issues as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
