Renewing the Support and threat License on PA

We have support and other license like threat,WF etc cgoing to expire in 20 Nov 2019

We got authorization code from the vendor with new date 20Noc 2020.

Will Firewall will automatically renew the license and how?

When I click on GUI retrieve license from license server nothing happens it still shows date of 2019

Hi @MP18 ,

Instead of retrieving the license keys, have you tried to activate the license using your auth-code through the GUI ?

I tried that but it gives error it is already in use.

This is happening with all firewalls.

Hello,

Check the portal under Assests and see what the licenses there say. If they are up to date,the PANs will grab them automatically as long as they have access.

Seems at portal they were showing same auth code.

But seems PA does renew them automatically but how curious to know?
