Hi,

We are using Global protect VPN. Whenever we connect the VPN with office network the system gets slow and we run any command it takes a lot of time to run.

Whenever we connect the VPN with an open network the commands and the websites are working fast.

We checked the tracert with office network and home network and the in-office network it reaches in 9 hops and in-home it reaches 29 hops.

We checked both ends client and in our office network. There is no issue.

Please help me how to resolve the issue when connected to VPN why it takes a long time to run the commands (Git commands).

Best Regards,

Giri.

@Giri512,

You don't really give us enough information to properly help you. The one thing I would really recommend looking at is how the traffic from your internal clients actually routes when using the VPN. If you don't have things setup properly internally it's possible that your client traffic needs to go out to your ISP to u-turn back to your network, which depending on the ISP configuration would be fairly slow.
