I've a query regarding Cisco Jabber connection with Palo-Alto. Below are my points. 1. Right now If any of our company user having Cisco Jabber installed in his/her smartphone & having Jabber profile on CUCM, he/she will connect via Internet on jabber. 2. My question is only is it possible in Palo-Alto that we can bind IMEI addresses in Palo Alto, & only those IMEI addresses of smartphones will access our Jabber services other than that can't access it, in short If user having 2 smartphones & his/her only 1 smartphone IMEI address registered in Palo-Alto so he/she will run Jabber services on that particular smartphone only. Hello there.

On the surface, the IMEI is not sent in a networking packet (to the best of my knowledge)

In a rather long route, if your company had Global Protect Gateway licensing, AND you had MDM solution, you could create a HIP profile to only allow approved IMEIs out, but again, you would need to have this technology in place.
