unable to create a log forwarding profile with office 365 account

Hi Team

I have an office 365 account and i am trying to create a log forwarding profile for the Gmail or office 365 when I place the smtp.gmail.com

we are facing issue fail to send the gateway smtp.gmail.com

Have you confirmed that the emails is NOT being sent vs NOT being received.

That is two different things.

The email profile does not have a user/password field, only an email.

I would recommend doing a tcpdump on the FW's mgmt interface to confirm that your email traffic is/isnt egressing the FW.
