      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, the FW cannot boot up and the request would be to open a support ticket to have proper troubleshooting done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What changes (if any) were made recently?&amp;nbsp; Why did the FW reboot.. automatic or manual reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could do a factory restore of the FW, providing you have a good/recent backup that was offloaded off the FW for good safe keeping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What other questions can we answer for you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
