      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;every time i login to the Panorama i get the following message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Warning&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;: This Panorama instance does not have a license key. Click 'OK' below to try retrieving the license from the Palo Alto Networks Update Server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You have 0 days before commits will be disallowed. Please retrieve and install the license key as soon as possible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and after press ok it will try to retrieve the license from the sever and fails with the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Warning&lt;/STRONG&gt;: This Panorama cannot connect to the Update Server.&lt;BR /&gt;Click Complete Manually to get the relevant information to get the license and install it at Panorama-&amp;gt;Licenses.&lt;BR /&gt;You have 0 days before commits will be disallowed. Please retrieve and install the license key as soon as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;when i try to complete it manually it will let me download a file with all the information ( UUID CPUID and so on) and tells me to go to the support portal to finish my registration and retrieve the license from there, but in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;registration form i am asked to provide the serial number of the panorama and i do not know from where do i get it because in my dashboard in the general information section the serial # is unknown.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas on how i should fix this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alex.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
