Hi @Mohammed_Yasin ,

As far as I can read it's not confirmed that you're hitting this exact bug referenced in the link.

Check if there are related corefiles created with the following command

> show system files

Export them and together with the tech support file have them analyzed by TAC to confirm wether or not you're hitting this issue or if you are experiencing something else.

Cheers !

Upgrade the Customer device from 7.1.25 to 8.1.12 and after the upgrade, we are facing issues with Dataplane Crash. Attached is the error message. Below bug matches the error. We have also tried to downgrade the Firmware to 8.1.10 and the issue still persists. https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000PMSyCAO Device was having some HA related configuration earlier which we removed before downgrading to 8.1.10. Earlier the device was in HA and upgrade was performed to 8.1.12. So in order to isolate the issue, HA settings were disabled before downgrading to 8.1.10 from 8.1.12 and the issue still persists. HA was enabled for future use but we disabled while downgrading the firmware to 8.1.10

please address this incident.
