Palo Alto Traps Support for SQ1 processor

An error while installing the Palo Alto Traps. The error This installation package is not supported by this processor type, contact your product vendor.

As per Palo alto Traps, Agent will support Intel and AMD processor only and I have Processor Microsoft SQ1 @3. 0 GHz, 3.0 GHz

How I can install Traps on Mircosoft processor or any other alternative to install the Traps for this kind of processor.

Model: Windows Surface Pro X - SQ1/8/256 M1501

Processor: Microsoft SQ1 @3.0 GHz 3.0 GHz

Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise (64 Bit)

You need to reach out to support and request that they add support for ARM processors; this is already in the works, but more people asking for it may prioritize the request higher in PANs internal processes. As it currently stands, you won't be able to install Traps on this endpoint.
