      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Palo Alto Terminal Server Agent is the tool you are looking for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to register these agents on each firewall (cluster) you need the information on. Sharing the user ID information between the firewall systems doesn't seem to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
