      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I did. I am on the step where the address must be entered on GP in order to access my work logins. And that's where I'm getting the error I initially mentioned. All my teammates were able to connect but all I'm getting is connection failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, initially we all had the portal with https:// from the beginning and it wasn't working for all of us. But when someone tried to just use the portal itself, w/o https, it worked for everyone except mine. I'm thinking if this has something to do with my laptop?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;in your start menu, type services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;click on services and look for one called PANgps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;right click and select restart.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then try to connect again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that is no good then perhaps uninstall and re-install.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you could also go to the settings in GP and select the troubleshooting tab.&amp;nbsp; then select collect logs.&amp;nbsp; when blue bar is full...&amp;nbsp; select "open folder"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;within the globalprotect&amp;nbsp; folder you are looking for a file called pangps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;double click on the file, drop down to the last time you tried to connect and see if anything obvious, or post some of the errors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
