looks like the RADIUS is not replying which could be due to any issue

did you tcpdump the management interface to see if request goes out, die you wireshark the radius to see if request is coming in, is firewall IP set on radius as an allowed client, are firewall and radius NTP enabled, ...

As Radius server is ping able from firewall as we change the auth.log and find the below error. please suggest.

Please try packet capture and tcpdump as per previous suggestion, ping only checks if something will reply to an icmp packet, this does not guarantee server and client are actually able to talk
