      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is your portal config on the firewall open to any authenticated user. What happens when you connect via a browser. What do you see in the firewall system logs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pls follow below step&amp;nbsp; may issue will get resolve&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Launch an elevated (admin) powershell window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Enter the following command.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Stop-Service winmgmt -Force; winmgmt /resetrepository&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Restart the computer you just reset the WMI repository on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
