Policy Export Report Columns Unreadable

Using PANOS 8.1.11 and trying to export the list of policies along with the source/destination IP addresses, however I can see the policy names fine, but the source/destination/zone/apps/services columns are jumbled with HTML info. Is there a way to resolve this? I was using Google Chrome and when trying Internet Explorer it straight up errored.

How are you exporting exactly ?

I see no problems on my PAN-OS 9.0.2. Policies tab > PDF/CSV (Export table) > Tried exporting both to CSV and PDF. Works like a charm. Also tested in Chrome and firefox.

That said, 8.1.11 is from 2019 era ... I would definitely goto the preferred 8.1.13 and rule out any issues from older PAN-OS versions :

Nothing special, just click the export to either CSV/PDF option in the policies tab and it get jumbled using either option. I'm hoping once we upgrade it will fix the issue, but wanted to know if anyone else had the issue as well. Its weird thought I can see addresses and services no problem. I think it's because the amount of characters?
