Issues with https://urlfiltering.paloaltonetworks.com/

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to recategorize a website using https://urlfiltering.paloaltonetworks.com/

I selected the correct category in my opinion, gave a quick explanation in the comment and then got the following error message after some processing time:

"Your submit has some problems. Please try again!"

I tried a couple of different websites to see if it was just related to the website I was trying to recategorize as it was categorized as malware, but it seems like the other sites I've tried to recategorize for my tests also had the same error.

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior, or did I miss a communication by PaloAlto concerning this?

Hello,

I have not seen this before. However check to make sure you are logged in first, otherwise it could be having issues with the catchpa on the public site.

I haven't seen this specifically, but I've seen similar things on other websites.

Try using incognito mode in your web browser and try again.

We have heard some issues with that site.. from all across the world..

Some countries it works fine, where others have had problems.

Palo Alto Networks is aware of this and trying to come to a resolution as quickly as we can.
