If that isn't the source of the issue you can look at the routed.log file with '&lt;EM&gt;less mp-log routed.log'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;or '&lt;EM&gt;tail follow yes mp-log routed.log'&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see what the logs are saying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can't get a route</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have new Palos that I didn't set up myself.&amp;nbsp; I created the interfaces and added OSPF.&amp;nbsp; Network team says they can't get a route for a network.&amp;nbsp; Tried everything I know.&amp;nbsp; Suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So it turns out the links provided to me by the person who set these up were switched - I was putting the OSPF information on the passive FW instead of the active FW.&amp;nbsp; I did check the information you provided before I realized the error.&amp;nbsp; Thanks so much!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
