    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132490"&gt;@bit_byte&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also have Active Passive Setup with IPSEC tunnel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On passive PA we have all the Tunnel interface show as up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also status is green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is by design.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
