I would like to block mobile legends app in the PA-5250. Can I block mobile legend using signature app?

You would have to see if you can identify anything to make your own custom signature, as of yet PAN doesn't have a dedicated signature for that application.

You can of course submit a request for the application in the meantime and see if PAN picks it up and creates a signature for the traffic through this webpage https://blog.paloaltonetworks.com/submit-an-application/
