Now it seems to be working except for few issues on Safari browser on iOS devices. We are having SSL certificates issues on iOS devices only. All else is working. The trust forward certificate is not trusted by Safari and chrome so it refuses to load the page. you have any idea regarding this.

It looks like there's been a few threads on this issue. It seems that safari itself might be getting in the way of the page loading. Maybe try a different browser other than Safari?

Maybe one of these will help?

I have also made an article about general issues with the remote access VPN and updated it as I have seen some major issues that come when "Enforce GlobalProtect for Network Access" is used or the captive portal is with ssl self signed cert:

https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/general-topics/knowledge-sharing-community-account-fix-and-globalprotect/td-p/441311
