How many of you have this category being blocked? Any issues with web surfing?

I would recommend looking at the report of what is seen as unknown for a recent time period. Then visit a large sampling of the sites.

From here you can determine whether or not you user base would generate help desk calls when these are blocked. And thus whether the work generated will be worth the extra security in the browsing environment.

We have this category blocked in our K12 environment.

The logic is that if it is really for educational use, end users will submit a request to have it opened.

Palo does a good job with the Palo-DB, so we don't have too many requests.
