I am using a PA-500 software vers 5.0.10 with BrightCloud filtering package at vers 4231. I am having problems with getting some webpages to load in the proper format. Classroom20.com (categorized as Computer and Internet Info; Personal sites and Blogs) will load fine for a user that has no filtering restrictions. However, it will not load properly for others. There is no block page message; however, the formatting of the page is skewed.

I have placed an exception with wildcards in the URL filter, but no change. It doesn't matter whether the user is a local admin on the computer or the browser which is used.

If someone knows how to figure out what is being blocked to cause the page to load improperly, I would be appreciative.

We had the same issue a while back. We resolved it following the suggestions in the DOC:

How to Clear URL-cache using BrightCloud for URL filtering
