I have a PAN 3220 that has failed and I have not been able to back up to put another PAN 3220 that I have as a spare, which they recommend ?

Swap the Disk ???

I swaped the disk and the firewall new is functioning Ok but the old hard disk ( firewall Failed)

The auto-translate appears to have mucked up the last update you posted. Do you have a functional firewall at this point or not? Without a backup of the configuration, you may be able to pull the last technical support file you uploaded to support (if any) and it would contain a sanitized version of your configuration which you could use to kick start rebuilt efforts.
