download pending when need download 'the Generate stats dump'

I want to download the Report stat Dump in GUI . But seems always waitting long....... time - ( pending the download UI , no successfull ) . I guess maybe log file is full need more time to Generate ..( I am using V4.0.5 ) . Is it normal behavior.?. pls advise other way the the dump file .

Try the following.

admin@PA-4020-merk(active-primary)> scp export stats-dump to <value> Destination (username@host:path)

If no scp server, you can download a tftp server and utilize the tftp export command as well.

admin@PA-4020-merk(active-primary)> tftp export stats-dump to <value> tftp host
