Is it possible to create QoS policy for restricting maximum bandwidth per global protect VPN user by 10Mbps of upload and download?

Not sure this is possible since QoS is set on the outbound interface. Perhaps someone else has other ideas?

As @OtakarKlier mentioned I don't think this is actually something you'll be able to do as it stands. I do believe that there is an existing Feature Request (FR) for this however, so reach out to your SE so that they can add your companies vote to the FR.
