HA sync option not showing in Panorama

Hi Team,

I import the configurations from managed device to panorama then export to managed devices of our A/P firewalls. everything went well. but when I see the summary on panorama passive device template showing as in sync but active device template disappear.

@Sethupathi,

As per below snap, last template commit was succeeded on both the firewalls (A&P). You can also verify status through Panorama CLI using command show template-stack name <Name> and see if cli o/p shows both firewalls.

To verify in real time, can you make one change under below template shown (something which shouldn't affect the traffic) and try to push it on the gateway. While doing Push to Devices, do you see both the gateways under Templates Section? If you see both, commit that template and see if you can see changes committed on both. Also let us know on which version your Panorama & gateways are running currently.
