auto reboot after upgrade panorama to version 3.1

after upgrade panorama to version from 3.0.X to 3.1 , system auto reboot repeatly. In other word, system go down.

I have reinstalled it and test again, but no luck.

Anyone can advice?

This may be a bug in Panorama 3.1.0. Please open a case with Support so that they can troubleshoot.

This has already been identified and will be resolved in Panorama version 3.1.1.
