    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't open Support Cases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Becauase&amp;nbsp;single sign on error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cleared the browser cache and tried with other browsers too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other options work fine, but only the Support Cases is not open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you sure you're allowed to open support cases?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you access device &amp;gt; support on your firewall, does it say premium, standard or premium partner ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it's premium partner, you will need to go through your VAR for support (else try incognito mode)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
