How do I change the packet capture from the default, the first 96 bytes "Packet Header" of each packet to the full packet payload, 1500 bytes?

Which packet capture do you want to change?

the (packet-diag) session packetcaptures capture everything that matches the filter (mind if hardware offloading may be a factor, offloaded packets can't be captured)

for tcpdump (mgmt interface) you can add 'snaplen 0' to capture the entire packet
