Hi,

What are the drivers are used in terminal service agent?

Following are the debug log and found error for drivers.

06/23/20 17:07:37[Info 284]: Service version is 8.1.4.11.
06/23/20 17:07:37[Info 288]: Installed driver version is 6.0.8.0.
06/23/20 17:07:37[Info 413]: Protocol version is 0x300.
06/23/20 17:07:37[Info 414]: Product version is 8.1.4.
06/23/20 17:08:01[Error 89]: Start driver fails with error 6!!!!
06/23/20 17:08:01[Error 431]: Start service fails due to start driver failure!!!!
06/23/20 17:08:01[Error 362]: Start error -1!!
06/23/20 17:08:01[Info 118]: Stop driver succeeds.
06/23/20 17:08:01[Info 175]: Service stopped.

I am not able to understand why this error is giving.

have you installed the TSAgent 'as administrator' ?

The recommended way of going about that is to open a command prompt 'as administrator' and then executing the installer from the command
