To the best of my knowledge, PAN will not tell you what caused them to change the categorization of a domain. You can go through and request a categorization change and see if they accept your new category, but I don't think they'll tell you that the reason it was changed was "X"

How is Grayware defined?

Palo Alto Networks defines Grayware as websites that do not pose a direct security threat but that display other obtrusive behavior and tempt the end user to grant remote access or perform other unauthorized actions. Grayware typically includes scams, adware, and other unwanted or unsolicited applications, such as embedded crypto miners or hijackers that change the elements of the browser (such as the default landing page, search engines, or installing an extension for tracking purposes).

I have a domain with a lot of subdomains. Two days ago URL category of all of this subdomains was changed from Computer and Internet info to Grayware. Is it possible to get information what was the reason of this change ( for example request from another customer or some PaloAlto automatic tool which saw some strange activity on one of this subdomain )? Of course I could check every subdomain but if i have hundreds of them, then it will take long time.

Best Regards
