Problem acknowledging alarms

I have an issue where I click acknowledge alarm several times, but the firewall refuses to update the status of alarms to acknowledged. Is there some absurdly long undocumented lag? Anyone else have a similar problem?

Me too, and it usually gets a delay of about 30 minutes.

I get them as well. I'll acknowledge them and they are still there. So I acknowledge them and then close the window. I think its more cosmetic.
