In my environment, we must update our apps manually. One machine allows it to be updated like normal through the device menu, but on other machines when uploading the app file, it just keep showing the progress bar and doesn't go any further. Has anyone had this issue before?

I've had clients come across this issue in Chrome previously and we've been able to get things working again by clearing the browsers cache. That might be worth a try in your case just to see if it helps.

Appreciate your response. After some ridiculously unneeded troubleshooting it turns out some of us can use Chrome, but it has been working with Firefox and IE (yuck).
